Are there smoking rooms, and can I smoke in public places?
Royalton Park Avenue is committed to providing its guests and associates with a smoke free environment. Smoking tobacco, pipes, vapes, e-cigarettes and marijuana is strictly prohibited within the hotel.
By booking a reservation at Royalton Park Avenue, you acknowledge that the hotel has installed smoking detection sensors in its rooms. These sensors enable hotel management to respond to smoking events without disrupting your stay. You hereby agree and consent to the use of such sensor in your room and acknowledge and agree that it is 100% privacy compliant and required by the hotel to ensure a smoke-free stay for all guests. By acknowledging the foregoing, you agree to waive any future claims related to the presence of the sensor in a room you may book. Tampering with the sensor is strictly prohibited.
A non-refundable $500 smoking fee will apply should a smoking event occur inside a guestroom.

Can you check in early?
Early check-in is based upon availability. We recommend guests pre-register, however, luggage can be stored with Front Desk until room is ready.
How late can we check in?
The front desk is open 24 hours a day. Guests may check in at any time after 4:00 PM.
What are the normal check-in and check-out times?
Check-in begins at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 12:00 PM. Late check-out may be available for a fee.

What is the nonrefundable reservations policy?
Nonrefundable reservations are charged in full at the time of booking and cannot be modified or canceled without forfeiting payment.

A valid government-issued photo ID and a credit card in the guest’s name are required at check-in.
