Sip fresh-pressed citrus cocktails such as the Sincerely Simona or choose a crisp and refreshing Bergamot Spritz. Grab a seat, take in views of NoMad and snack on cuoppo fritto, an Italian street food favorite of flash-fried seafood and market vegetables. Craving something sweet? Order a scoop of our signature pistachio ice cream, a custom flavor in partnership with Bad Habit. While reservations are accepted, Simona is an open seating venue and may require standing. All food and drink are ordered from the bar counter.
